This is a pre-launch site for HearthLight Media LLC. It exists to introduce the network, collect interest, review submissions, and communicate with potential partners and investors. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment, contract, or offer of any kind until confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

No guarantee of outcome

Joining the launch list, submitting a collaboration request, expressing sponsorship interest, or requesting investor materials does not guarantee any result. HearthLight does not guarantee:

• Launch timing, availability, network features, or membership benefits.
• Review, selection, placement, broadcast, or payment for any submitted creator work.
• Acceptance of any sponsor, partner, or advertiser.
• Access to the investor room, investor materials, or any investment opportunity.
• Any revenue, financial return, or commercial outcome.

Artist submissions are governed by the separate Artist Submission Terms. Submitting work through this site does not transfer ownership to HearthLight unless and until a separate written agreement is executed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HearthLight Media LLC and its founders, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or any information obtained from it — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
